Μια πράξη αγάπης ομορφαίνει την ζωή – An act of love beautifies life : Caritas Cyprus Youth
In the context of social and solidarity towards our fellow human beings, the voluntary charity Caritas Cyprus youth sector organized an event “An act of love beautifies life” on 26th of March. The purpose of the event was to offer love and happiness to everyone, creating a circle, embracing all those who need us. Love does not cost anything. Polite words and acts do not cost at all. The real beauty of the world is equal for everyone, to be able to see it. It is given to us equal, without restrictions, to be able to express our feelings generously. How complicated is that? Why do we make others feel they have to climb mountains and swim in the ocean before they can make a difference? Human life is given to the world, not partially but totally! The sun is shining for all of us. It does not shine just for the few. Through this event we were called to give love and care, because someday we will realize that the only law we had to follow was to respect ourselves, to love and help our fellow human beings. Nothing more … nothing less. A very big thank you to his Excellency Archbishop Youssef Soueif for all his love, support, encouraging us to continue this mission. We want to thank also the branch and the board of Caritas Cyprus, the municipality for the permission to hold the event at Eleftheria Square and thanks are expressed to all the members that participated with us.
